While packing up his childhood home after the death of his mother, Ian struggles to reconnect with his estranged sister. Along with the help of a stranger, Ian processes his past and comes to terms with his future.

陪伴型人工智能的伦理问题。老题材拍出的新意不算多，好在节奏和感情掌握不错。有些台词很美妙，非常有特德姜那些关于AI 小说的意味。总体上比《杨之后》更好些。惊讶最后一个场景竟然让男主正面全裸了，这岂不是完全放弃了全年龄的分级？结尾Paranoid Android 很应景，煽情功力可以。

陪伴了12年的机器人，仿佛有了自己的心志。 “You're not him.” “I'm not try to replace him. I'm me.”科幻外壳下藏着些许的温情。贝希托尔德演的角色总是脆弱，令人怜悯。 剧中机器人Ian真的很好，他将逝去的Ian骨灰放在厨房水槽边上，因为他说在那洗碗碟时能看到好的风景。 “A memory is precious because it can be forgotten.I want you to know what's important...what's real. ” “I'm real. ”
