In the six-minute short, Imperial Stormtrooper TK-421 undergoes an intense interrogation by the Galactic Empire. Much like how Rogue One filled in gaps in the lore from before A New Hope, Halloween Hangover answers an age-old question following the destruction of the original Death Star.
