乔治·格什温（George Gershwin，1898年—1937年），原名雅各布·格肖维茨（Jacob Gershowitz），出生于纽约布鲁克林的一个俄国犹太移民家庭，俄罗斯犹太裔美国作曲家。1924年，为保尔·怀特曼的爵士音乐会，谱写《蓝色狂想曲》。1937年夏，格什温因患脑癌去世，享年39岁。
