Faces, voices, visions, spectres chase each other through the streets of a city and the surrounding countryside. The wanderings of a homeless man, an autopsy, the making of a bell, children’s games. Days and seasons spin around history and traces of violence. Fragments of stories form a portrait of a place and a meditation on time and death.
