勉强及格，主旨是描述极限运动的发展史，短短四五十年有现在的规模还是不错的。那些运动场面拍的都挺美，跟海报和挂历似的，也有些人物们失败的甘苦记录。访谈对象大多是业内大拿，托尼霍克什么的，整体感觉这些极限运动员表达能力一般，挖的料也不够丰富，主要是看看画面了
